My youngest is now officially a toddler and mornings are becoming busier. In between helping my youngest eat her breakfast while preping my oldest off to preschool, there isn’t much time for mom to get breakfast in. This tends to leave me with a worse than normal case of “mom brain” and eventually, around 1oa, I find myself hiding in the pantry so I can sneak Oreo’s without the kids noticing, even though the Oreo’s clearly are medically necessary to get my blood sugar back up to its “normal” level..
Oh dear, if only there was something for breakfast that was healthy, fast and won’t cost more than the change I can round up from my mini-van console …[insert dramatic sigh]
What’s that you say? There is?!
Quaker has developed a new line of breakfast shakes?
And they come in three flavors… strawberry, banana and chocolate.!
And… they have 10 grams of protein per serving?… And I can save $2 on my next purchase of Quaker Breakfast Shakes?!
Last Saturday I test out the Chocolate and Straweberry flavors and both have a wonderful and rich flavor that makes them so delicious!
